The Team Behind
Union Baseball Systems

Top to bottom, Union Baseball Systems has by far the most dynamic baseball training and coaching staff in San Diego, and we’re only going to get better. UBS uses the same systems and processes to identify, interview, and hire progressive, high ceiling coaches that Bobby used with the Chicago Cub’s top-ranked farm system – providing training to ensure quality across all our staff.
